The winners of this year’s You’re A Star Awards have been crowned at our annual celebration event.
On Thursday 1 October at the Midland Hotel, Bradford we were joined by colleagues from all across our Trust to crown the winners in each of this year’s categories.

Catherine Brown, EIP Therapist, Llani Rowe, EIP Care Navigator, Molly Smith, EIP Therapist and David Bennett, Care Co-ordinator for their fantastic collaboration work to support services users on the ‘Voyage to Recovery’ helping service users to build relationships and confidence whilst focusing on their wellbeing.

Young Dynamos who come together to share invaluable feedback that shapes our services and helps us to make changes where they truly matter

Carla Smith, Head of Operations for always showing up for her teams, supporting them through difficult times and being a dedicated leader within her service area.

Lauren Holmes, Vulnerable Children School Staff Nurse for being a dedicated member of her team, working tirelessly to support her patients and ensuring they get the answers they need.

Kirsty Chapman, Recruitment Officer for being someone who works quietly in the background, keeping the cogs turning but continuously going above and beyond to support her colleagues, make improvements to processes and making our Trust a better place to work.

Elisabeth Howes, Lead Psychological Therapist for being a truly cherished member of her team and her ongoing commitment and work to support staff wellbeing across our Trust has not gone unnoticed. She is someone who lifts those around her, spreading kindness and positivity wherever she goes.

Josie Elliott, Business Support Officer for being someone whose quiet dedication has had a transformative impact on her team. Through identifying practical solutions, Josie turned what was once a struggling idea into an effective, safe and reliable service.

Karen Hughes, Admin Hub Manager for being a kind, thoughtful, quietly influential person. Supporting her team with empathy and encouragement, her leadership has enabled a smooth transition during a challenging period for her team.

Jenny Knaggs, Reception and Administration Co-ordinator who quietly keeps everything running smoothly, often taking on high pressured situations and challenging behaviours with calm, kindness and fairness with no expectation for recognition.

Nina Rockett, Mental Health Team Lead for being someone with exceptional dedication, creativity and quiet leadership, playing a vital role in developing and streamlining clinical pathways.

Podiatry Prescribing team for consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication to support in-house prescribing processes improving efficiency, reducing delays and enhancing patient experience.

West Health Visiting team, the “wonderful west” have been recognised for their collaboration, resilience and commitment. By banding together to manage workloads and set priorities, they have created a culture of trust, teamwork and shared responsibility.

Volunteer Service who work with 40 teams across our Trust. The Volunteer Service have established a volunteering experience that is positive and impactful for services users, staff and volunteers.

EIP District team who, despite the challenges that the team have gone through in the last year, have pulled together to create strong relationships in the team enabling them to provide the best service for people accessing their services.
Our You’re A Star Awards winners, Thanks A Bunch winners and Living our Values winners will receive a hamper courtesy of the event’s supporters.
