We offer a range of training for all colleagues across clinical and non-clinical roles, to support your learning and professional development.

Training and support include the core skills that you need to do your job such as lifting and handling, safeguarding and fire safety training.

But we also offer a range of other learning opportunities, including for those in support roles who might want to transition to a clinical role.

Care Trust Way improvement training

Or you might want to broaden your skills with our Care Trust Way training – our continuous improvement methodology – that will give you the tools and skills to make improvements every day.

You could learn the basics, or become a Care Trust Way coach and alongside your main role,  support others on their improvement  journey.
