Baby Feeding Support Sessions

Breastfeeding

Our team also offers Baby Feeding Support Sessions to provide a listening ear and some practical tips and advice to help you along your breastfeeding journey. These are free sessions where you can chat to a member of our team and other families in a relaxed, informal, community setting.

There is no fixed agenda, just a safe space to chat about your baby feeding experiences, ask questions and get friendly advice. Whether you are breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding or formula feeding, you are welcome. It can also be helpful to come along in pregnancy to help you feel more prepared for when your baby arrives.

Whatever your feeding goals, we will listen and provide evidenced-based information, to enable you to make the decisions that are right for you. If you’re having any issues, we can provide tailored advice in a private space
