Bank Holiday arrangements – Monday 19 September
Posted: Thursday, 15 September 2022
Monday 19 September has been declared a national Bank Holiday to observe the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Due to the Bank Holiday, some of our services will be reduced to enable staff and people who use our services to pay their respects to Her Majesty, and to mark the final day of national mourning.
We are working hard to ensure that any changes are kept to a minimum but some planned activity and appointments are being re-arranged.
All of our services that operate 24/7 will be available including our First Response mental health crisis service on 0800 952 1181 and critical community services, including district nursing.
Where there are changes to planned appointments, services are contacting individuals directly to re-schedule their appointments as soon as they can. There is no need for individuals to contact us.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to those whose appointments are affected by this extraordinary national event.
