People of the community will benefit from the outcome of the Better Lives, Bradford DistrictPhoto of gold winners holding the trophy Care NHS Foundation Trust’s charity annual golf day, which raised over £4500. These vital funds are an integral part of the Care Trust’s way to enhance care across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven to support physical and mental health.

This year’s winners were ‘Los Bandidos’ – Warren Duckett, Howard Martin, Mark Capstick and Jamie Illingworth. In second-place were ‘the Arranachs’ – Mike Smith, Andrew Chang, Dave Beaver and Paul Hogg; and in third place, ‘Scramblers United’ comprising Rob Schofield, Dave Bennett, Neil Reed and Darren Lindley from the Trust’s Early Intervention Psychosis team.

If you would like to help your local NHS charity raise funds, please sign up for the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on Saturday 9 September: email betterlivescharity@bdct.nhs.uk.

The charity raises funds to enhance patient care and go over and above the core services offered. Find out more about the charity: Support our charity – Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust
