At Bradford District Care Foundation Trust, we offer a range of diverse opportunities for people who would prefer a more practical approach to career development. We have links with quality assured education providers that deliver a combined academic and work-based training programme, ranging from L2 (GCSE) to a Level 7 (Masters).

We are committed to developing our workforce and helping individuals fulfil their career aspirations. We have a variety of disciplines including front line care and back office functions and offer apprenticeship opportunities for all, including existing staff and new recruits.

What our apprentices say:

“The apprenticeship was offered to all staff and I applied in order to ‘back up’ my experience and obtain a recognised qualification. This is my third apprenticeship so I knew that this type of learning path is the best option for me.”

What our Quality Mark annual review report says:Quality Mark logo

“Learners commented that there is flexibility within delivery of programmes, relating to individual learner needs within learning and life.”
