Outpatients service

Description

Our Outpatients service supports people that are discharged from hospital with medication. The nurses in our outpatients department regularly monitor patients physical health to make sure that their medication is still working for you. The types of checks include:

• Blood tests
• Blood pressure
• ECG (heart check)
• General wellbeing

The department is open Monday to Thursday

9.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm -4.30pm
