Our family nurse partnership service supports women aged 19 and under who are expecting their first child. The family nurse partnership programme aims to enable young mums to:
- Have a healthy pregnancy.
- Improve their child’s health and development.
- Plan their own futures and achieve their aspirations.
We will support you, from the early stages of your pregnancy all the way through to your child’s second birthday when you will then receive support from a health visitor. Our support is in addition to that you will receive from your midwife.
