Working as a Dentist has given me the opportunity to liaise with many teams across the Trust and has furthered my interest in ensuring that all voices are heard at board level including any hidden voices.

My passion for the Bradford/Craven District is evident as shown in the 10 years I have volunteered as a youth-worker, mentoring and supporting local young people as well as setting up voluntary outreach projects to help the homeless and children with disabilities across Bradford and Leeds access a dentist.

As a governor, I am keen to encourage compassionate leadership, staff wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion in the Trust at all levels.
