Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and Complaints Team have combined into one team; ‘Patient Advice and Complaints’.

You told us that you wanted a single place where you can raise a concern or access patient advice.  We listened to your feedback and the two teams have now merged.

You can still access all the same support as available to you previously. The team is committed to making a difference and helping to improve our services where ever it is possible.  We can only do this if you contact us with your feedback about the care you, or a someone you care for has received.
