Health experts from Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust’s new Intensive Therapy Centre will be giving a free talk about the types of therapy and treatment available for people with a personality disorder.

Research suggests that up to 13% of the population may have a personality disorder. There is growing evidence that Schema Therapy is effective in the treatment of personality disorders, borderline personality disorder and a range of complex mental health problems.

Tom O’Hare, Consultant Psychiatrist and Patrick Harper, Clinical Lead and an Advanced Certified Schema Therapist will share the learning and evidence around this type of therapy which is widely practised in the United States.
