The Care Trust’s operational plan 2017/19, sets out key service developments for our local communities across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.
The plan outlines the organisation’s eight quality goals and operational deliverables covering community, mental health and learning disability services, to deliver the Trust’s vision of ‘working with diverse communities to provide outstanding care’.
Reshaping services and developing new ones, and working with others to do things differently, are just some of the ways that we are improving services over the next two years, whilst meeting the financial challenges that face all NHS organisations.
People across the district have been involved in agreeing our priorities. These include: working with our partners to improve services; helping people to stay well at home; supporting our staff on their wellbeing and professional development; and continuing to involve local people in shaping our work.
All health, care and voluntary organisations across West Yorkshire and Harrogate have also come together as a ‘sustainability and transformation partnership’ (STP) to plan services .
