We are currently applying to become a Foundation Trust (FT), which means we want to become more accountable to you and other local people. This is because we want to make our services better, and more responsive to your needs. We believe we can achieve this by working with you.
If you want to influence our services and the way they are delivered, or if you want to help us shape our plans for the future, you can join us in our bid to become an FT by becoming a member of our Trust today. Tripartite Formal Agreement (TFA) signed
We have agreed a timetable with NHS Yorkshire and the Humber, our Strategic Health Authority, and the Department of Health which commits the Trust to an application for foundation trust status to be made by 1 July 2012. Click here for a copy of the TFA document.
