Talking Treatments (also known as Psychological Therapies)

Psychological Therapies are also known as talking treatments. They are a central part of the mental health and learning disability services that we provide.

We offer a range of talking treatments such as:

  • Psychodynamic psychotherapy
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (often called CBT)
  • Family therapy. This can be in the form of short term or longer term treatments.

Our service is for all age groups and is delivered in places local to you.
Our trained psychological therapy staff include:

  • Art therapists,
  • Clinical Psychologists,
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapists,
  • Counsellors,
  • Groupworkers,
  • Psychological Well-being Practitioners,
  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapists.
