If you are recovering from mental health problems, our high, medium and low level housing related support services are available to help you regain control over your life.
High and medium level housing related support ensures services are staffed 24 hours a day and low level support offers you access to staff in an emergency and via telephone contact during out-of-office hours.
Recognising the importance of family and friends, vocational and educational activities, we work closely with local accommodation providers to offer you a range of property schemes that meet your individual needs and help you move towards independent living in a community environment.

Referrals:
Our Housing Related Support teams will accept referrals from care co-ordinators if you are over 16 years of age, experiencing mental health problems that have affected your ability to live independently and if you:
- are vulnerable
- are in regular contact with our psychiatric service
- are engaged with drug and alcohol teams
- have a forensic history
The service works on a first-come first-served basis, although priority needs will be assessed when a referral is made.
