Assertive Outreach Services

These are specialist community based services for if you have a long term mental health problem and do not find it easy to engage with traditional services.

Community Mental Health Teams

If you require support to overcome mental health problems but do not need to be in an in-patient environment, our community services are available to meet your needs.

Day Services

We have community based day services offering a range of social, activity and employment support.

In-patient Wards

If you are experiencing mental health problems and cannot be safely supported at home or in the community, our in-patient services offer you the assessments, treatment and care needed to help you recover. Our wards include: Clover Ward, Fern Ward, Heather Ward, Ward 2, Ashbrook Ward, Maplebeck Ward, Oakburn Ward.

Intensive Home Treatment

This is our home based support for if you are acutely unwell and would otherwise need to go into hospital.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapy team help you to learn or re-learn the skills you need to undertake everyday activities such as cooking and hobbies.

Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS)

A patient advice and liaison officer works within our mental health services and can be contacted on telephone 01274 363120.

Psychological Therapies

Our psychologists work will work with you to help manage and support symptoms associated, for example, with depression and anxiety disorders. This service is delivered at the Helios Centre, Lynfield Mount Hospital.

Psychiatric Intensive Care

We provide a psychiatric intensive care secure unit that offers you a safe environment to receive the necessary support and treatment you require.

Supported Accommodation

We have a range of accommodation to meet your additional support needs if you are recovering from mental health problems.
