Description

There are many people who are struggling with stress – which may be due to challenges at work or from difficulties in home life. Some people can find it helpful to learn some techniques for managing stress but don’t want or feel the need to access ongoing therapy.  They may also be unsure about how therapy could be helpful.

This event will introduce you to `Stress Buster’ – a short workshop which focusses on:

  • What is stress
  • Techniques to manage stress
  • Support available for those suffering from stress. 

The programme for the day:

  • 12.00 noon: registration opens
  • 12.30 pm: introduction to Stress Buster
  • 1.30 pm: opportunity to view the stalls
  • 2.30 pm: event closes

This event will take place on Monday, 15 January 2018 in the Evans Room at Victoria Hall, Victoria Road, Saltaire, Shipley, BD18  3JS.
