Quality Account
The Department of Health require the Care Trust to publish a Quality Account each year to help the public, service users and others with an interest in the services we provide, to understand:
- What our organisation is doing well
- Where improvements in service quality are needed
- What our shared priorities for improvement are for the coming year; and
- How we have involved service users, staff and others with an interest in our organisation in choosing those priorities for improvement.
You will find below the full quality account 09/10, an executive summary and an easy read version.
There is also a downloadable poster to publish where service users, carers and members of the public can assess these documents. These posters are on display in all our premises.
