Compliments, Complaints and Comments

 

Bradford District Care Trust welcomes complaints, compliments, comments and suggestions about the services we provide. We aim to deal with your enquiry swiftly and we use the information you provide in this way to improve the quality of our services.

There are a number of ways you can raise issues with the Care Trust, you can approach your key worker or a member of the team providing the services you access.
